INGREDIENTS
Dry ingredients, separate;
- 180 gram all-purpose flour - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened coffee powder
- 50 gram cashew nuts
Wet ingredients, separate;
- 125 gram butter, melted with double boiled
- 100 gram DCC (Dark Cooking Chocolate), melted with butter and set aside
- 125 gram white sugar, input into the melted butter, stir and chill
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, put in
- 2 eggs, put in one by one, stir until dough mixed
- 75 ml pure milk / full cream
- 1 pinch salt, stir until dough mixed
- 100 gram walnuts
STEPS
- Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, then by means of sifted slowly, (unsweetened cocoa powder, unsweetened cooffe powder) put in wet ingredients, stir with spatula.
- Stir with spatula (do not over) until fairly evenly,then input walnuts into dough, stir briefly.
- Grease your pan with butter, pour the dough, then sprinkle cashew nuts for the topping.
- Preheat microwave 5 minute. next , input the pan contain the dough into microwave has been heated.
- reheat with microwave for 25 - 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
- Chill for about 10 minutes, cut into any kind of shape that you like! ( Best if served the same day or store them in an airtight container at room temperature for no more than 2 days).

BAHAN - BAHAN
Bahan kering, dipisahkan;
- 180 gram tepung terigu
- 1/2 sdt baking powder
- 1/4 sdt baking soda / soda kue
- 1 sdm coklat bubuk
- 2 sdm kopi bubuk
- 50 gram kacang mete
Bahan basah, pisahkan;
- 125 gram mentega, lelehkan dengan cara double boiled. (klik link ini jika kalian tidak memahami teknik double boiled http://hanieliza.blogspot.co.id/2008/09/teknik-double-boil.html ).
- 100 gram coklat hitam batang, lelehkan bersama mentega, lalau sishkan.
- 125 gram gula pasir, masukan kedalam mentega leleh, aduk dan dinginkan.
- 1/2 sdt vanilli (cair / bubuk) masukan dalam adonan
- 2 pcs telur, masukan satu persatu, ratahan dengan kocokan telur.
- 75 ml susu cair (murni / full cream) masukan
- 1 jumput garam, aduk- aduk dan ratakan
- 100 gram kacang kenari
LANGKAH
- Campurkan terigu, baking powder, baking sod, kemudian dengan cara diayak perlahan, (coklat bubuk, kopi bubuk) masukan kedalam bahan basah, aduk dengan spatula.
- Aduk dengan spatula (tidak berlebihan), hanya sampai merata, lalu masukan kacang kenari kedalam adonan, aduk sebentar hingga merata.
- Oleskan loyang dengan mentega, tuang adonan, lalu taburi kacang mete untuk topping.
- Panaskan microwave 5 menit. selanjutnya, masukan loyang berisi adonan ke dalam microwave yang telah dipanaskan.
- Panaskan dengan microwave selama 25 - 30 menit. jangan terlalu lama.
- Dinginkan sekitar 10 menit, potong sesuai selera anda. (Baik disajikan pada hari yang sama atau menyimpannya dalam wadah kedap udara pada suhu ruangan selama tidak lebih dari 2 hari).
